Bryan McCrae – Managing Director
Bryan McCrae is an award winning Sales and Business Psychologist, Sales and Performance Coach and the founder of Sales-Motivations. He has a personal award winning track record in sales and sales management spanning almost twenty years and since 2003 he has been working to help organisations worldwide improve their sales performance.
He is a member of the Association of Professional Sales, a member of the British Psychological Society, ex-Committee member of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology, a member of the Association of Business Psychologists and has been a visiting Speaker at Cranfield and Portsmouth University Business Schools.
He is also a frequent speaker at business events and in the media, including on BBC 1 and his articles are frequently featured in the trade press.
Tiffany Bowles – Principle Consultant
Tiffany is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and as well as being a highly regarded coach, has a wealth of consulting experience from working with large and small organisations across all sectors, offering strategic insight and solutions to a wide range of challenges.
She is skilled and trusted to provide creative solutions and manage the design and delivery of major development, assessment and change projects for clients. She has held senior leadership positions managing the consultancy departments for OPP (a leading psychometric tool distributor) and also HDA (a global talent development organisation), where she ensured commercial success and excellent customer satisfaction through the accurate identification and provision of just the right solution to exactly meet the client’s requirements.
Steve Hemmings – Associate
Steve Hemmings is a sales coach and has over 20 years of professional sales experience with IT technology organisations. His approach to selling is collaborative and relationship driven and he has a wealth of experience coaching his teams to higher levels of achievement. As a sales coach, he helps sales leaders develop their teams to reach stretching goals and dig deep to overcome barriers to performance. Steve is qualified in psychometric testing and uses this understanding of ‘different types’ to tailor coaching to fit individual preferences. As an associate of Sales-Motivations, Steve is able to help sales leaders use the proven techniques of programme to boost sales performance and reduce sales churn.
Dr Judy Proudfoot
Dr Proudfoot developed the initial idea of applying Cognitive Behavioural techniques to helping sales people become more successful. She now specialises in the use of psychological interventions delivered by internet and mobile devices and her track record includes other computer delivered psychological programs that are in successful use by many tens of thousands of people around the world. Dr Proudfoot is now Associate Professor, University of New South Wales, Australia.
She has a First Class honours degree (BEd) from James Cook University, Australia, a Masters degree in Psychology from University of Sydney, Australia, as well as a PhD from the Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College, University of London. Dr Proudfoot is a Chartered Psychologist, a Registered Psychologist in New South Wales Australia, and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Dr Proudfoot has published over 60 scientific papers and one book, and currently referees papers for a number of journals.
Punit Jansari – Associate
Punit is regarded as an excellent trainer and coach, both in the UK and internationally.
He has had a very successful sales career as a Primary and Secondary care medical sales representative in the UK pharmaceutical industry, working for some of the largest brands. In 2006, he progressed to become the Sales Training Manager for a global brand, designing and providing Brand Training, Coaching and Product launch courses.
Punit has deep expertise in the the pharmaceutical and medical technology fields as well as in the NHS and has been working with us since 2012.
